Comprehensive Homeostasis Framework
Comprehensive lifestyle management for chronic illnesses

NUTRITIONAL HOMEOSTASIS
To maintain perfect homeostatic balance, nutrition is the primary energy source for our body. Having correct food designed around our staple diet with right superfoods & a proper routine play a vital role in reversing chronic issues. A balanced diet based on a patient' symptoms, conditions & preferences helps in adjusting feeding behaviour and post-digestive physiology to balance food intake with energy expenditure, improving the homeostatic balance.
ENERGY HOMEOSTASIS
Energy expenditure is as important as energy intake to maintain perfect homeostatic balance. Exercise stimulates the sympathetic nervous system and induces an integrated response from the body, which works to maintain an appropriate level of homeostasis for the increased demand in physical, metabolic, respiratory, and cardiovascular efforts. But the challenge for patients is to sustainably follow a fitness regime. Our personalized fitness strategies based on an individual's overall health aspects, helps them to adhere and build life-long habits around a fitness routine that works for them.

EPIDERMAL HOMEOSTASIS
Our skin acts as the first line of defence against infectious and toxic external agents and it also gets affected when there is a hormonal imbalance leading to homeostatic imbalance. In maintaining good health, our skin’s microbiota play an important role. But the application of cosmetic products can affect the balance of these microbiota, altering their diversity and population with a transition from eubiosis to dysbiosis. This leads to several cutaneous diseases like inflammatory dermatosis and cutaneous infection. Our natural and kitchen based skin and hair care strategies, helps in preserving the epidermal environment and reduce the toxic external agents from the skin and hair care routine, restoring the skin’s integrity and functionality, important to maintain epidermal homeostasis.
INTEROCEPTION & MOOD HOMEOSTASIS
Chronic issues lead to mental stress & anxiety and vice versa. Mood homeostasis is identified as the extent to which a person preferentially engages in mood-increasing activities when their mood is low and saves the mood-decreasing activities for when their mood is higher. Interoception refers to the sensing of the internal state of one's body and is distinct from the processing of sensory information concerning external stimuli and is the afferent axis to internal (autonomic and hormonal) physiological control. Our experts use carefully personalised CBT techniques, and strategies to support interoceptive functioning, to stabilize the mood and stress triggers and help patients adapt effective stress management strategies and behaviours to manage their mental wellbeing on a daily basis.

CARE MANAGER
90% of our clients joined our programme because they needed constant support to adhere to their plan. We ensure this by assigning a dedicated care manager for the patient, as part of the lifestyle intervention program, who is a naturopathic physician or a nutritionist to provide regular support, progress monitoring, and adherence to the program and help them effectively reverse their condition.
